NO REFUNDS after you enter therapy room or on gift certificates.  We will gladly exchange services on gift certificates for an equivalent priced service or product.

If there is a product defect, please return unused portion and we will credit that amount towards another product or service. 
There are no cash refunds.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are null and void the day after expiration date written on face of certificate. There are no refunds or reissue after expiration date. Gift Certificates can not be traded back for cash. 

WE RESERVE the right to refuse service to anyone.

CLIENT THAT is 10 min. late for scheduled appointment
will lose appointment.

NO SEXUAL activity is allowed or tolerated in this establishment.  Sexual harassment is grounds to terminate session
and there will be no refunds.

 WE HAVE LICENSED OR CERTIFIED contractors leasing and conducting sessions at Ablaze Bodyworks. 
A Certification confirms that an individual has had formal training in a certain area and is not a license in any form. 

All our massage therapies are done by state Licensed Massage Therapists (Jessica mt101666) only. Energy work does not involve any soft tissue manipulation therefore energetic sessions, such as Reiki or Light Touch, are NOT considered a massage modality and is conducted by Reiki Certified practitioners or other types of energetic certification. 
Hypnosis sessions are conducted by Certified Hypnotists who are not psychologists and do not offer psychological services.

CONFIDIENTIALITY Policy:  As we offer services also to local celebrities and athletes, we have a confidentiality policy covering our in and out services. We can not verify if anyone is or is not a client without express written consent from that individual. If there is a question on a sales transaction or particular service received, we can only speak directly to that individual, or the authorized representative on file.

AN HOUR energetic (Reiki, light touch therapy) or combo appointment is approximately 45-55 minutes of therapy. A half hour energetic appointment is 20-25 minutes of therapy. Therapeutic Massage is 50-55min of therapy for an hour appt. and 25min of therapy for a half hour appt.

ALL STAFF are independent contractors and lease their space on a per client basis. They may have their own business policies, procedures, rates, styles, techniques, and offer other services (i.e. aromatherapy) apart from those of Ablaze Bodyworks.

CREDIT CARDS:

·Before signing your sales receipt, verify that the amount is correct. By signing your sales receipt you are entering a binding contract for payment. 

·Signing your name improperly or forging anothers name is considered fraud/theft and is prosecutable.

CHECKS:

·Make checks payable to:  Ablaze Bodyworks.

·A $25 fee will be electronically debited from your account in the event your check is returned from your financial institution. If unpaid, check will be sent to the District Attorneys Office.
